This can be combined with the M13 Skeleton Stock for a mobile ADS-centric build or No Stock and Stippled Grip Tape for maximum mobility in tight spaces. The M13 will generally handle faster like an SMG. The Tempus Mini barrel will speed up ADS and move speed but slightly hamper long range performance. It also comes with an interesting variety of attachments to tailor the gun to a variety of situations. It is one of the nimbler assault rifles, but its time-to-kill is can be lacking if the player does not achieve a headshot. Overall, the weapon has a host of traits that make it pretty flexible both up close and out to medium distances. Though the gun will drift upwards due to the high fire rate, recoil under fully-automatic fire is predictable out to midrange.
The M13 also has fairly controllable recoil. The gun also comes with a standard 30 round magazine, but the high rate of fire and low damage mean that this ammo will be depleted rapidly. Move speed is fair, ADS speed is among the fastest in the class, and hipfire spread is average yet workable thanks to the high rate of fire. The M13 also features generally favorable handling for an assault rifle. Time-to-kill is not particularly fast due to needing several shots to kill, but the weapon’s rate of fire makes it more forgiving when missing a couple of shots. This is faster than most other fully-automatic assault rifles, LMGs, and SMGs. Fortunately, the M13 comes with a lofty fire rate of 891 RPM. Past this distance it will require 6 shots. It requires a minimum of 5 shots to kill out to 30 meters, though this can be lowered to 4 or even 3 shots with headshots. It comes with low damage for an assault rifle (and by most other standards). The M13 is a fully-automatic assault rifle unlocked at rank 39. In " Clean House" and the start of " The Wolf's Den", a semi-automatic only version of the M13 equipped with a reflex sight, laser and suppressor is available for the player.
